A sign installation company for gas stations and convenience stores, started in 1987 and grown by word of mouth.
Started in 1987
Steve Cupito grew up around construction. In college he spent his summers at a local custom sign shop, working in its fabrication and installation departments, and he stayed five years. In 1987 he saw a need for this kind of service in the industry and started C&B Sign Services.
For about the first ten years, Steve worked alone, carrying the whole job of re-imaging a station on his own shoulders. Each year more customers wanted his work, so he hired Greg Haap, and then more people after him. The company has grown by word of mouth ever since.
Today
We have completed more than 6,000 installations, and in 2024 alone we rebranded more than 100 fuel stations. Our office and field crews handle every step, from site surveys and design to electrical work and ongoing service.
The company is still growing fast, and the team still treats each other, and our customers, like family.

How we work
One shop for the whole station
Customers come to us with a simple request: the station is in one brand, and it needs to move to another. We are a one-stop shop for just about everything that takes, from the smallest stickers on the pumps to new fascia and pole signs.
We make sure the work matches the scope we promised and fits the brand's standards and the local codes. Then we hold the installation to a very high standard, so the brand approves the finished station.
Where we work
From our shop in Milford, Ohio
Our shop is at 5105 River Valley Road in Milford, Ohio, east of Cincinnati. Our crews work on stations across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Steve Cupito
Director of Business Development
Steve started C&B Sign Services in 1987, after five years in the fabrication and installation departments of a local custom sign shop. He looks after customer relationships and sales with new and existing customers, and supports the office staff and installation crews.

Greg Haap
Director of Field Operations
Greg was Steve's first hire. He leads field operations: he schedules the jobs and still helps with installation and service.

Mitchell Powell
Sr. Project Manager
Mitchell runs the office side of every project: quotes, permitting, material quotes with vendors, orders, coordination with field operations, and making sure each job is finished properly.

Nichole Phillips
Accounting Manager
Nichole runs accounting: invoices and payments, bills, collections, payroll, new-hire setup, and compliance for the brands and companies we work with.
